Bay Community Support Services performs Quality Enhancement reviews of its services and performances to ensure that our clients are receiving the best possible care. These reviews are performed by Quality Enhancement (QE) Volunteers. The QE Volunteers are composed of  Board Members of Bay-CSS and members of the community. The volunteers are overseen by and work in conjunction with the Quality Assurance Manager to achieve common goals.

The goal of the QE Volunteers is to ensure that all of our individuals are receiving the best care possible and to enrich their lives with the services that BayCSS provides. The QE Volunteers have set specific goals to collect data and other information from the individuals that receive our services, as well as their family members. This data is then analyzed and used to ensure that our individuals' health and safety are maintained as well as ensuring that the services that are being provided meet their needs. Quality Enhancement volunteers are currently seeking more efficient ways of gathering information that would better serve our individuals.
