Bay-CSS INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

With the winter weather here and we would like to remind you of BayCSS's Inclement Weather policy. Bay-CSS follows the public school closing schedule.

On questionable days (snow, extreme ice, etc.), please call the main office number. If you receive services out of the Anne Arundel County Annapolis office (Anne Arundel and Northern Calvert Counties), please call 410-224-4205.

If you receive services out of the St. Mary's County, Greenwell State Park Office (St. Mary's, Charles and Southern Calvert Counties), (240) 309-4046.

The main number at the offices will inform you if we are closed due to inclement weather. When we are closed, Day Programs, Supported Employment Transportation services, and Job Coaching services are closed. If your loved one wants to go to work, he or she will have to find his/her own transportation to and from work for the day. On inclement days all transportation services are closed. Although the main roads may be clear, often back roads are treacherous and dangerous to navigate.

We understand this can be difficult for families but we care about the safety of both the clients and staff.

Thank you in advance for your understanding.
